Zoran Barac – Chairman of the Supervisory Board

Zoran Barac, PhD is a Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Platinum Invest, an Investment Fund Management Company. He earned his Ph.D. at the University of Management of St. Gallen, Switzerland. The title of Master of Economic Sciences he gained in 1999 at the Faculty of Economics, University of Zagreb. He is a director of the Zagreb School of Economics and Management, also a member of the Department of Management. He is a Member of the Supervisory Board of ZSEM Business Academy. He is a President of the Croatian Wushu Association, a sport organisation which promotes and organise competitions in the discipline of  Wushu, which is the common name for martial arts and sports, originating from China. He was appointed financial director of EPH, and by that time he worked for Phoenix Pharmaceuticals Inc., a member of Phoenix Pharmahandel AG, as Chief Financial Officer and a Member of the board. He was a President of Croatian Pension Investment company. He was a Member of the Board of the Croatian Agency for Supervision of Pension Funds.

Pasko Anic-Antic – Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Board

Ph.D. Pasko Anic-Antic is a Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Platinum Invest, an Investment Fund Management Company. The title of doctor of economic sciences, area of specialization Accounting, he defended in 2008 at the Faculty of Economics, University of Split. Scientific master’s thesis, area of specialization Accounting, Auditing and Finance, he defended in 2004 at the Faculty of Economics, University of Zagreb. Currently working in ATF Advisory Ltd., a company for accounting, tax and other business advisory services, as a director of the company. By the end of 2011 he worked at the Center for Accounting Ltd., as the managing editor of the magazine “Accounting and Taxation in Practice” and consultant for accounting and taxes. From 2007 to 2008 he worked in “Rudjer Innovations” Ltd. as a member of the board of Accounting and Finance. From 2001 to 2006 he worked at Raiffeisenbank Austria Inc. Zagreb, as the Head of Accounting Group (Management company for obligatory and voluntarily pension fund, Management company for open-end investment funds and other affiliates of the Bank).

Denis Alajbeg – Member of the Supervisory Board

Ph.D. Denis Alajbeg is a Member of the Supervisory Board of Platinum Invest, an Investment Fund Management Company. He received his PhD in 1999 at the University of Economics in Vienna, Department of Financing and Financial Markets. He graduated in 1995 at the Faculty of Economics, University of Zagreb, Department of Finance. Since March 2007 he is permanently employed at the Zagreb School of Economics and Management as a senior lecturer at the courses Financial Institutions and Markets and Portfolio Management and Investment. From 2004 to 2006, as Deputy Secretary of State he participated in the National Development Plan of Croatia, and from 2002 to 2004 he served as adviser to Prime Minister of Croatia. Previously, from 1998 to 2002, he worked as a fund manager and financial analyst with investment fund management Dalbank invest Ltd. (today’s OTP invest).
